PureGlow™ Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing PureGlow™ — where beauty meets precision. Below is our official Shipping Policy. Placing an order with us confirms your acceptance of the terms outlined here.


Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, your package is shipped via our trusted carrier network.

  • Standard delivery takes 5–14 business days, depending on destination and local postal conditions.

  • During high-volume periods or customs delays, please allow up to 10 extra business days.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking links are automatically sent to your email after dispatch.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking data to update after shipment.

  • Temporary gaps in tracking activity may occur while the package is in transit or during customs clearance — this is normal and does not indicate a lost package.


Delivery Timeframes & Delays

  • Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Once your package leaves our facility, PureGlow™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • Orders marked as "In Transit" or "Out for Delivery" are considered in progress and are not eligible for refund or dispute unless officially declared lost.


Marked Delivered, But Not Received?

If tracking says your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check the shipping address you entered.

  2. Look around your mailbox, porch, building lobby, or parcel locker.

  3. Ask neighbors, household members, or property staff if they accepted the package.

  4. Wait 48 hours, as carriers may mark a package as delivered prematurely.

Still missing? Contact us at support@pureglowskin.com within 30 days of the delivery date, and we’ll investigate.


Delivery Guarantee

PureGlow™ guarantees your products arrive safely. If your order is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Confirmed lost in transit
    We’ll reship it free of charge.

However, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Unclaimed or refused packages

  • Delays caused by customs or postal agencies

  • Packages marked as "Delivered" unless theft is documented or the carrier confirms loss


Chargeback Policy

To resolve any delivery issue fairly and quickly:

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Disqualification from our refund & replacement policy

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

We maintain detailed tracking, fulfillment, and delivery records for every order.


International Orders

  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.

  • Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delays due to customs are beyond our control and do not qualify for disputes or refunds.
