At PureGlow™, every formula is crafted with care and backed by our commitment to quality. We want you to love every product you receive — and we stand by our promise with a fair, transparent resolution policy.


30-Day Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace or reship it at no cost to you.

To qualify:

  • Submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Email support@pureglowskin.com with your order number and description of the issue.

  • Attach clear, timestamped photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Requests without valid evidence or past the 30-day window are not eligible.


Returns & Change-of-Mind Orders

To protect product integrity and for hygiene reasons:

  • We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

  • If your item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team before sending anything back.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused and not refunded.


Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or charge reversals if:

  • The shipping address was entered incorrectly during checkout.

  • The customer refused or did not collect the package.

  • Delivery was delayed due to customs or courier issues.

  • A chargeback was filed without first contacting our team.

  • The order shows as "Delivered" but no valid theft report or carrier confirmation supports a claim of loss.


Before Filing a Chargeback

Please allow us to help — we resolve most issues within 24–48 hours.

Email us first at support@pureglowskin.com before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Disqualification from our refund & replacement policy

  • Delayed resolution

  • Suspension or permanent ban from future purchases

We maintain full fulfillment, tracking, and communication records to protect both parties.


Fraud Prevention & Verification

For your protection and ours:

  • All orders are verified for payment authorization and delivery accuracy.

  • We log shipment activity, customer support interactions, and tracking data.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of refund policies may be reported to payment providers and investigated under merchant fraud protection programs.
